CrowdView ("we", "us", or "our") operates the CrowdView application and website at crowdview.tv (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Corporate accounts are provisioned by CrowdView administrators only. There is no self-service organisation sign-up.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without our written consent.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The Service uses face recognition technology. By uploading face photographs you acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of all photographs, videos, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim any ownership rights in Your Content. We will not access, use, or disclose Your Content except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.
The Service applies the following limits to keep storage manageable:

The Service includes a live-streaming feature that allows you to broadcast your camera feed to friends or organisation members on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content of your streams and must not broadcast content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
Stream keys are unique to your account and must be kept confidential. You must not share your stream key with unauthorised parties.
The AR glasses experience within CrowdView is currently compatible with the INMO Air 3 only. Use of the AR feature with any other device is not supported and may produce unexpected results. We make no warranty that the AR feature will be available for any other device or that compatibility will be extended in the future.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (including face recognition infrastructure and live-streaming relay servers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but make no guarantee of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that face recognition results will be accurate, complete, or error-free. Recognition technology has known limitations and should not be relied upon as the sole means of identification in any critical context.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrowdView and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrowdView and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the address below. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
